Although not considered to be a metaverse by everyone, Roblox the gaming experience platform, has been making strides in attracting brands and businesses to create interactive content on their platform. It’s reported that players visited branded games more than 1.8 billion times and spent more than 11 billion minutes (that’s the equivalent of about 20 centuries worth of time) in those virtual worlds. The Sandbox introduced CATALYSTs, the key they say to “empower creators”. These ERC-1155 tokens will allow creators to mint assets on The Sandbox’s market place, and define rarity and other properties. All LAND owners have been given these tokens that come in 5 levels or rarity. Read more here.
