Hermes submitted a trademark application for NFTs, the metaverse, and Cryptocurrencies. The famous French luxury brand is planning to expand into virtual marketplaces, digital clothing, meta-fashion shows, and more.

Chinese industry has raised $780 Million, and it is projected to reach $5.8 trillion in investments by 2030. Currently there are 160,000 “Chinese virtual human enterprises” and 20 provinces or cities that are already supporting a metaverse.

Renault Korea signed a partnership with Sandbox to establish digital experiences in the ethereum-based metaverse. The partnership aims to attract more people to the Sandbox metaverse, whilst also expanding the brand’s potential customer base.

Meta (formerly Facebook) is testing immersive learning in select universities in the USA as part of their metaverse push. Meta is investing heavily in the metaverse with founder Mark Zuckerberg believing the space will generate billions in revenue.
